A 15,000 m² commercial complex for which I produced the structural shop-drawing package end to end in Autodesk Revit — from the ground raft foundation up through the basement framing and vertical circulation.
The workflow was cloud-native: the federated model lived on Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), so detailing, reinforcement scheduling and revisions stayed coordinated with the wider multidisciplinary team in real time. Reinforcement was modeled in 3D, not just drafted, which let the sheets, bar schedules and quantity take-offs come straight from one source of truth.
Deliverables included the ground raft reinforcement layout and sections, basement-floor beam details, section reinforcement details, and stair reinforcement from basement B01 to ground level — all to the consultant standard (Zuhair Fayez Partnership) with full bill of quantities (BOQ).
